Winterstown Borough Council would like to request copies of any old photos you may have of the Borough. These photos will be placed in a display case within the North Hopewell Winterstown Volunteer Fire Company for the public's viewing pleasure! Winterstown Borough Council would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest Council Member, Dale Flinchbaugh. Dale has replaced Richard Lauer, Council Member, after his recent, unexpected resignation and will be sworn in by Mayor Wayne Hildebrand. He will then take his place with the Council to conduct normal Borough business. Please help us welcome Dale to the Winterstown Borough Council.
